Shipping charges include packing, handling and postage. We encourage you to group your purchases in a single order because we cannot group two separate orders. For orders shipped to foreign countries, a separate shipping charge will be applied to each order. In this case, you are responsible for all procedures necessary for the importation of goods into your territory in accordance with the law in your country.
After receipt of payment, the packages are shipped with the following approximate delivery times:
– 2 to 5 days in Switzerland
– 10 to 30 days in Europe
– 20 to 30 days in the rest of the world
Standard shipping is done via SwissPost.
Particular care is exercised for packages containing fragile products.
Items are packaged in oversized cartons and protected.
Please note that made-to-order items can take up to 5-8 weeks to fulfill the order.
If your order includes a mix of items that are in stock and made-to-order, we will fulfill the order when all items are ready to ship. However, if you need to split the shipments, please email us at info@sanficol.com.
The availability of items on our website is updated constantly, but there might be one or the other items selected which is unavailable. In this case, we will inform you of this situation by e-mail within 48 hours.

- CHF 0.00 for order over CHF 100.
- CHF 14.00 for orders up to CHF 100.
For orders shipped to foreign countries, a separate shipping charge will be applied to each order based on the weight, size and destination country, according to the standard PostPac International tariffs offered by SwissPost.
Please be aware that any additional customs fees, taxes, or charges due upon delivery are your responsibility and are not included at checkout. These fees and taxes vary by region.
Missing or lost packages
We are responsible for your new purchase until it is picked up by the shipping carrier. We will not grant refunds for any packages lost in transit. If a package is lost in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier seeking reimbursement. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. To modify your order, please email info@sanficol.com within one hour of placing the order.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping through Swiss Post with the choices of PostPac International. Depending on the country, it can take up to 1 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. Please note that you are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes or charges upon delivery and these fees are not included at the time of checkout. Fees and taxes vary by region.
