We want you to be very happy with your purchase. Please be aware that since our products are handmade, slight variations from the product photos may occur. We view these differences as a unique aspect of their natural charm rather than flaws. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase upon receiving it, please contact us at info@sanficol.com within 14 days. We’ll assist you in arranging a replacement or refund. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. After 14 days, we cannot process exchanges or refunds. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Items bought on sale or with a promotional offer are not eligible for refunds, though exchanges may be possible. All Archive & Sample items are final sale. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds, particularly if an item is returned damaged, not in its original condition, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our fault.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-2 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12 hours to 1 billing cycle depending on your credit card company.
Exchanges
If you need to request an exchange for the same item or another item, send us an email at info@sanficol.com. We will respond with instructions on next steps. You are responsible for the cost of shipping return orders. Archive & Sample items are final sale.
Return Shipping
After contacting us about a return, we will provide you the details for the physical return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over CHF100, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
